The Vell-os Arrow is a Vell-os ship in Escape Velocity Nova.

"As the mid-range Vell-os ship, the Arrow is quite good. It has very high shields for a ship of it's class, and a powerful offense. While it isn't as speedy as the Dart, you shouldn't turn your back on the Arrow for fear of feeling it's Summer Bloom rip through your ship in no time." ― EVula Survival Guide
This is one of the most powerful ships in the game for its size. You can easily surprise a Fed Destroyer as one and make short work of it. When fighting an Arrow, stay at long range so you don't get destroyed by its Summer Bloom. This is extremely easy to do if you have an Auroran Cruiser as an escort.
