Create Dart

"Create Dart" is a Vell-os psionic ability, not obtained until late in the game, that enables the user to create up to three Dart fighter escorts. They respond to and execute the player's orders just like normal escorts. Darts are not manned by humans, but are an extension of a the player's consciousness.

In order to regain lost Darts, the player will be asked whether he/she wishes to meditate the next time he lands on a planet. However, this offer only appears after having lost all three Darts.

In the Extras tab of the pilot screen, the ability is listed as "the capability to divide your mind".
