The Escape Velocity series of computer games is published as shareware by Ambrosia Software. The series, listed in order of release, comprises three separate titles:

1. Escape Velocity (generally referred to as Escape Velocity Classic or EVC)
2. Escape Velocity Override (abbreviated as EVO)
3. Escape Velocity Nova (abbreviated as EVN)
