Skye, in the Murasaki system, is one of the quieter planets in the Federation--on most nights. A predominantly Gaelic population resides on this picturesque island, known for its stunning sunsets and beautiful landscapes. While it provides a fine place for quiet contemplation, the locals are also well known for boisterous festivals at numerous times during the year. Good living is an art on this world, and this is a big reason why the system's two largest imports are barrels of Guinness and other luxury goods.

Skye is well known for its hospitality, but it is not exactly a port world. The being said, it does offer a decent outfitter, and many spacers have been shown a surprisingly rousing good time at the lively bar.
